Jobs such as crack welding and wheel straightening need specialist machines, so we carry them out in the workshop. If you need your car while we work, you can add loan wheels to your booking. Every crack repair comes with a 1 year warranty.

Cracks are welded and bent wheels are straightened in our workshop.
Step 3: We refinish it
The wheel is smoothed and refinished so the repair does not show, then it is ready to refit.

Why we repair wheels in a workshop
You may see mobile repairs offered at your door. A small cosmetic scuff can sometimes be touched up that way, but cracks and buckles need welding gear, straightening machines and a lathe. That is why we do this work at our workshops.

Frequently asked questions
Can a cracked alloy wheel be repaired?
Yes, most cracks can be repaired. We weld the crack, smooth it down and refinish the wheel so it looks right again. A few cracks are too large, or in a place where a repair would not be safe, and we will tell you if that is the case. Our cracked wheel repair page explains more.
How long does alloy wheel repair take?
It depends on the damage and how many wheels need work. Your branch will confirm the timings when you book. If you need your car while we work, you can add loan wheels to your booking so you can keep driving.
Do you repair wheels outside Romford, Dartford or Hemel Hempstead?

What warranty do you offer on repairs?
Crack repairs come with a 1 year warranty. If your wheel is also refinished with powder coating or a diamond cut, that finish has our 3 year warranty. We are the only company to offer a 3 year warranty on all powder coating and diamond cut wheels.
Do you offer loan wheels?
Yes. You can choose loan wheels when you book online, so you can drive away while we repair your own wheels.
