Jaguar alloy wheel repair and refurbishment at our Romford, Dartford and Hemel Hempstead workshops, with loan wheels available so you can keep the car on the road.
Jaguar's range spans the F-Type sports car, the XE and XF saloons and the F-Pace and E-Pace SUVs, and wheel style varies a lot across them. The F-Type in particular is commonly fitted with a staggered set (wider at the rear) on sportier trims, which cannot simply be swapped front to rear if one wheel is damaged. Multi-spoke and 5-spoke designs are the most common styles across the range, and diamond turned finishes, where the face is machined bright and the recesses stay a contrast colour, are popular on XE, XF and F-Pace sport models. Satin and gloss black finishes are also common on higher trims. Sportier Jaguar models tend to run lower-profile tyres, which, as with other performance brands, gives the rim less protection from kerbs and potholes.

This is one of our own jobs: the same wheel when it came in with tired, scuffed paint, and after a fresh diamond cut and refinish. Your Jaguar wheels go through the same process.

Typical damage
Common Jaguar wheel damage and how we fix it
Kerb damage to the rim edge and corroded diamond turned faces are the two jobs we see most often on Jaguar alloys. A diamond turned Jaguar wheel that has gone cloudy or picked up white marks is usually corrosion under a chipped lacquer rather than damage to the metal, and is fixed by re-cutting the face on a precision lathe and resealing it. A buckled Jaguar wheel from a pothole is checked and straightened, or welded if cracked, before any cosmetic work starts, and painted or satin finishes are colour matched to the rest of the set.
1
Step 1: We check the damage
We look over every wheel first and find each kerb mark, crack and buckle before any work starts.
2
Step 2: We repair it
Buckles are straightened and cracks are welded in the workshop, before any cosmetic work.
3
Step 3: We refinish it
The wheel is powder coated or diamond cut to match, then checked, balanced and ready to refit.

If your Jaguar wheel is cracked, buckled or kerbed, see alloy wheel repair. If it has just faded or needs a different finish, alloy wheel refurbishment with diamond cut or powder coating is the right service.
Can a cloudy diamond turned Jaguar wheel be fixed?
Yes. The cloudiness is usually corrosion under a chipped lacquer. We re-cut the face on a lathe to remove it and reseal it with fresh lacquer.
Do Jaguar F-Type wheels need to be refinished as a matching pair?
Many F-Type trims run a staggered set (different sizes front and rear), so a damaged wheel usually needs refinishing to match the other wheel on that axle rather than being swapped.
What warranty do you offer on Jaguar wheel work?
Powder coating and diamond cut refinishing come with a 3 year warranty. Crack repairs come with a 1 year warranty.
